This year the gallery presents:
Carole Baijings – Studio for Design
Dutch designer Carole Baijings – known for her exceptional use of colour – presents during Glue her breathtaking projects:
– The ‘2m2 Flowerfield’ in the collection of Thomas Eyck. Baijings who has always been fascinated by the symbolic and meaningful role that flowers play in society, assembled a flowerfield featuring mundane objects found in her daily life, combined with 3D scanned and printed parts made with recycled plastic yarn. Flowerfield is presented in the 3D printed Lucent vase collection.
– The All-electric (EQV) campervan in cooperation with Tonke. Baijings designed the interior of the All-electric (EQV) campervan; The ‘Cyclist’ and the ‘Hiker’. Baijings opted for a light look with color accents in natural and sustainable materials. The All-Electric ‘Cyclist’ and ‘Hiker’ are beautiful campervans with the famous revolving outdoor kitchen. This weekend we offer you the unique opportunity to explore the campervan.

Blumenspiel, designed by RaR for Thomas Eyck
Thomas Eyck publishes and distributes characteristic and exclusive contemporary design products. He carefully selects the materials to work with, the producers and production techniques, as well as the skill and creativity of the designers.
In our Gallery, Thomas presents t.e. 227 “blumenspiel”, designed by RaR, consisting of five flowers, made in tin. The inspiration for the series comes from the oldest literary society in Europe, Jeux Floraux from France.
The Pretty Ordinary Kitchen chair by Sarah Trenité
Sarah Trenité, founder and designer of Arp, design presents the Pretty Ordinary Kitchen chair. As a curious craftswoman, Sarah entered into the nostalgic adventure of embroidery. Inspired by nature and cooking, Sarah designed amazing cross stitch embroidery designs on the seat of a wooden kitchen chair. With this chair she reinvents ancient traditions and adds unique details to modern interior design.
